It sieves the sticky flour coming from filter and feeds to the system.
Pallets are mounted on chocks on a shaft which made up the rotor group. With eccentric weights the housing makes a vibratory motion. The position of the pallets and the eccentric weights can be adjusted.
By double covers on the housing, silk change can be made practically during maintenance. Housing group is mounted on feet with vibration absorbing chocks made of special rubber material.
Inlet section is mounted on the ground separately from the vibratory housing. The product coming in the machine through inlet section is hurled to the sieving sleeve by the pallets. The fine product which passes through the sieving sleeve, exits through the cone at the middle section. Course product which cannot pass through the sieving sleeve, exits through the exit pipe at the side.
