Inclined intensive dampener is used to mix wheat with water by means of rotor with pallets in order to reach the optimum milling moisture content. Rotor spindle is insulated with water-proof systems.
Adjustable angled pallets, mounted on the rotor group, mix wheat with water while conveying the wheat to the upwards with an inclination. While wheat carried to the up, wheat kernels drop towards the bottom of the machine, between the pallets, due to inclination. Therefore effective mixing can be obtained.
Tempering trough and cover mechanism are all made of stainless steel which guarantees long life without any corrosion.
Trough covers can be open and close easily and safely by means of special clamping. A safety key is mounted under the cover in order to prevent any intervention while the machine is working.
