The radial air separator is designed to separate foreign substances in the cereals that are lighter than cereals.
It is a machine which is effective in separating low-density husk and similar substances from high-density granulated products such as wheat, corn and barley. Cereals distributed evenly in the vibration vessel are subjected to air current in opposite direction at the outlet of the vessel, and thus collects foreign substances within the cereals and discharges them to the screw conveyor at the outlet section.
Since the aspirator mounted on the machine works as a closed-circuit, an external aspirator is not required. In order to have fixed a air current circulating continually within the machine, the air canals in the aspiration system purify the air at certain intervals with the help of a special system, and assure a constant air velocity. The pneumatic system works with a time relay.
The plexiglas windows located on the machine enable to see the interior and make adjustments easily.
